Terms of Service
Last updated November 4, 2026 · FTA Booking is operated by Bizinabox
These terms govern use of FTA Booking ("FTA", "we"), software operated by Bizinabox that lets tattoo shops and independent artists ("Shops") take bookings, deposits, consent forms and payments, and lets their customers ("Clients") book with them.
1. Who does what
- FTA provides software only. The Shop provides all tattoo, piercing and related services and is solely responsible for them, including licensing, health and safety, age/ID checks and its own policies.
- Each Shop sets its own prices, deposit amounts, cancellation windows and refund rules. FTA displays and applies the Shop's settings.
2. Payments
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Card payments for deposits and services are charged by, and paid out to, the Shop's (or artist's) own Stripe connected account. FTA does not hold Client funds.
- Shops agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. Processing fees are set and charged by Stripe.
- Disputes and chargebacks are handled between the Client, the card issuer, Stripe and the Shop. FTA helps by providing booking records.
3. Shop subscriptions
- Shops pay FTA a subscription fee shown at signup (or as agreed in writing for pilot/founding plans). Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refunded except where required by law.
- We may pause booking pages for unpaid accounts after notice.
4. Accounts and acceptable use
- Keep your login secure and tell us about unauthorized use. Don't misuse the service, scrape it, send spam, or upload content you don't have rights to.
- Shops are responsible for having consent to text or email their Clients and for honoring opt-outs. Clients can reply STOP to any text to opt out.
5. Your content
Shops and artists keep ownership of their portfolio images and content and give FTA a license to host and display it to run the service. Shops can export their client and booking data at any time.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law, Bizinabox is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and its total liability is limited to the fees the Shop paid FTA in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post the new date here; material changes will be emailed to Shop owners. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Questions: contact Bizinabox through the support details on this site.
